Summer Tag!

A quick tag video again, I quite enjoy filming these, however awkward I find them. Enjoy!

Maybelline Coral Tonic Colour Sensation Lipstick

About a month ago I purchased my second Maybelline Colour Sensation Lipstick in the shade 422- Coral Tonic, my first was called Pleasure Me Red and I adored it.
I've chosen to blog about this colour though as I cannot seem to stop wearing it, if you saw my "What's in my Bag" video you will have seen I keep it in there permanently.

It's a great summery colour, a hot coral and would look gorgeous on dark skin, as well as lighter shades, if I could rock a tan I would but unfortunately I am rubbish at tanning.
I you haven't tried any of the Colour Sensation line I would highly recommend it as the lipsticks are really moisturising and don't flake as much as some I've tried, they are brilliant if you want to layer up and go for an opaque lip or if you just want a hint of colour you just put one coat on and it will last you for a good few hours.

Big thumbs up from me!

If anyone would like to share their views on the line I would love to hear from you, drop me a comment!

Mallzee

 Did someone mention online shopping?

I thought so, well fear not for I have some information to share with you all.

The lovely Cally from the Mallzee press team contacted me earlier this week asking if I was interested in helping get the word out about their new website which is going to be officially launched later on this year.

What IS Mallzee all about?

Mallzee is about "creating a new experience for shopping online".
To achieve this the team have come up with the ingenious idea of having users create their own mall in which they add their favourite brands to said mall, with over 200 brands already signed up I'm sure there's going to be plenty to choose from.
The Mallzee software then obtains a list of suitable products to match the users choices with regards to their favourite brands, then parades them in the mall. You can also invite your friends to visit your mall through Facebook chat, discussing your choices and favourite items.

As well as having your mall suited to your taste in whatever it is you are shopping for, Mallzee have created a way in which you can earn money when one of your friends shops at your mall. Sounds crazy, but yes, you get paid when friends shop at your mall. You're earning money without lifting a finger!

To sign up ready for the launch go to Mallzee.com and enter your email address, you will also be entered into a prize draw to be in for the chance of winning £100/$155 of shopping vouchers and other lovely goodies.

Make-up Tutorial- Easy Blue Eyes

I was home alone one night and got bored, I'd worn my eyes like this before and blue make up is very in trend at the moment.
This is how I like to wear it.

Review: Lush Lip Scrub in Bubblegum

I've been meaning to do a review of this product for a while now, but I kept putting it off... to give it 'another' chance.

I received this as a gift last Christmas ( yes it's been a whole year) and when I saw what it was I thought " oh wow I've needed something like this for ages", as my lips tend to get dry and flakey very easily.
It smells just as you expect it to, like bubblegum, but with a slight soapy hint which I found off putting.
The first few times you use the scrub it works very well, you put a little on your lips and rub away, lick your lips and voila! soft again, but the joy does not last very long.
The lip sugar doesn't cling to your finger like it did when you first opened it so you have to scoop the grains up with two fingers and the bubblegum ends up tasting like tacky perfume (or parma violets).

My overall view of this product is if your looking for a good quality and long lasting lip scrub look elsewhere. One word springs to mind, gimmick!
